Is it safe to work in the cloud? Will my information be secure?
Our founders Mark and Jeff speak frequently around the world on the subject of security in the cloud, especially as it relates to film and TV production. In a nutshell, their advice is this: Yes, there are risks involved in working in the cloud, but these can be avoided by taking some specific protective measures. Scenios does this work for you, by wrapping all your data under 12 levels of security. And these are just security measures that we publish - we also take several more, which we don't disclose. That's why Scenios has earned the reputation as one of the most secure platforms available today. We're also big believers in the fact that your data belongs to you. That's why we make your data completely portable, meaning you can easily take it with you at any time - and we even offer a hard drive export service to help you do it.
Is there any software to install?
There’s no software to install…all you need is a browser and internet connection.

Can I add custom branding to my projects?
You sure can... simply upload a logo of your film or TV show, and it will become the header for your project.

Does Scenios work on both Mac and PC?
Yes!

Does Scenios work on any mobile devices?
You can use Scenios on your iPad, iPhone or Android device…which is especially handy when you’re traveling or on location.

Which web browser can I use?
Scenios works best on the latest versions of Safari, Firefox, and Chrome.

What file formats can I upload into Scenios?
You can upload almost any type of file into Scenios, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and PDF. You can also upload files from a range of popular production applications, like Final Draft, Movie Magic Scheduling, Movie Magic Budgeting and Showbiz Budgeting.

What video formats can I upload?
You can upload most video formats into your Scenios projects, like h.264, AVI and Quicktime. You can upload Apple ProRes (8 bit) and Avid DNxHD files as well.

Can I upload big video files?
Yes, Scenios has a powerful upload tool which allows you to upload multiple files at once, at sizes up to 5 GB. We can also support larger files, just email us at support@scenios.com to find out more.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. Scenios is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part.

What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

What kind of support do you provide?
We provide extensive video tutorials throughout Scenios, which makes the platform extremely easy to use. If you need support, you can email us at support@scenios.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible, usually within 8 hours – even on weekends!
